Students often have the opportunity to put into practice what they have learned in class in their fraternity and sorority experience. Not only can students hold positions in their chapter or one of the council organizations, but their experience often serves as a gateway of getting involved in other student organizations at Indiana University. In addition to co-curricular learning, students can attend weekend retreats, such as the Emerging Leaders retreat or IMPACT, take a course through the LEAD IU program, or earn a scholarship to attend a Leadership Institute such as LeaderShape or the Undergraduate Interfraternity Institute (UIFI). Students can contact Student Activities to learn more about how to get involved in these opportunities. |
